What makes Annette Herfkens such a great example?

Annette Herfkens was a 31 year old woman on Vietnam Airlines Flight 474 on 14 November 1992, when it crashed, killing all on board except Annette. Despite her injuries she managed to survive for 8 days until found by her rescuers - they had never sen or heard of a white person, or one with blue eyes, and so initially assumed that Annette must have been a ghost.

Note. Annette was born with a close opposition of Pluto and Chiron, conjunct her North and South Nodes. This proved to be very relevent for the precise time of the crash. Or perhaps would have if there was not disagreement about what time it actually occurred, with the official time recorded as nearly an hour BEFORE takeoff. The unofficial time seems more likely because the timings make sense. So rather than 7:12am, I am going with 13:15pm. Curiously, though this removes the Moon's role in pinpointing the Chiron-Pluto opposition, it places the Ascendant right on her natal Chiron, performing a similar role.

As stated, the opposition of Pluto and Chiron was important, because at the time of the crash, which is known precisely, the Ascendant - the Earth - was exactly square both Annette's natal Pluto and Chiron, also transiting Chiron was conjunct her natal Uranus, while Pluto was square it. Not only all that, which was a once in a lifetime configuration, but it was also her Mars return.
